How do I place an order?

ORDER WITH OUR WEBSITE: If you prefer to purchase products online, our online shopping system will guide you through the easy ordering process. Online shopping is available to all 50 states, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses, and all locations in Canada Orders cannot be canceled once the payment is submitted, so make sure you double check your items.  We process orders every day and our goal is to ship all orders within one business day; consequently orders cannot be canceled, held or combined with other orders once they are paid.  As soon as an order is processed you will receive an email notification with tracking number(s) Stock availability shown on this website is for your reference only. While we strive to provide the most accurate stock and availability information, it may have changed from the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed.  We reserve the right to cancel any orders. Customers will be notified by e-mail of any cancellations.

 
Payment and Shipping

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal.  To set up a PayPal account, please visit their website.

Your credit card is pre-authorized when the order is placed and charged at the time your order ships. 

 
Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

We do not store your credit card information.

 
Returns & Refunds
 

Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from your date of purchase.  All returns MUST receive approval from papasremedies.com or they will not be accepted.  Email papasremedies.com for return authorization – please include:
• your name
• order number
• manufacturer’s part number
• reason for return.

For items damaged during shipping please notify us at usaabbie@aol.com.  Make sure to keep the damaged shipping box until you receive other instructions.

Every item we offer is brand new and is sold in the manufacturers original factory sealed package.  PAPAS Remedies cannot be responsible for manufacturers’ quality control issues.  If you believe you have a product with a factory defect please contact Customer Service to resolve the issue.  You may need to return the item directly to the manufacturer.
